Over the past 20 years of coaching, I have realized that nearly every athlete lacks the overhead stability required to perform the Olympic lifts at their fullest potential.
A lack of stability through the structure that makes up your overhead position (shoulders, triceps, lats) can lead to a lack of confidence with your lock out… which can lead to injury!
An ounce of prehab is worth an ounce of rehab and that’s why I asked our in-house Physical Therapist to put every ounce of her knowledge and experience into solving this problem. In response, she has developed two protocols that are built to work in tandem with your LIFTRIGHT programming.
As you progress through the LIFTRIGHT program, keep in mind that mastery of the Olympic lifts is a constantly moving target. I have every expectation that you will improve your weightlifting technique and increase strength by the end of this eight week program. Once you have completed this program, take the next step in your journey by becoming a member of one of our online weightlifting teams!
