Clean & Jerk

Complete a single at 86%, 90%, 95% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk.

Lower Body Accessory Complex (Superset for 2 Sets)

  • Glute Ham Raise x 8 reps

  • Barbell Lateral Lunge x 6 reps
