Wes’s 200kg (440lb) Clean & Jerk was one of his best attempts EVER at that weight. Nathan is gaining confidence at higher intensity in the Snatch by the day.

I’m really looking forward to seeing how Maddison and Kelly respond to our realization cycle heading into AO1. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy their Clean & Jerk PR’s looked in this session. Over the next three week cycle they will find their confidence in the Snatch and both will be ready to fight for an international team spot.
